How long does it take to launch?

The hireworks team is available to schedule a consultation at your convenience. On this call, we’ll walk you through our offering and get a clear understanding of your needs. When you’re ready to move forward, we’ll finalize an agreement and schedule a kickoff call. We’re ready to move as quickly as you’d like.

How does the sourcing and interview process work?

Once you complete our scoping questionnaire, our recruiting team launches a highly customized sourcing effort to find the most qualified candidates. We will present a curated selection of pre-screened candidates with resumes and associated cost. Once you’ve interviewed and selected your top candidate(s) we will onboard the employees and they will be assigned to your company full time.

Once I’ve selected a candidate, how soon can they start?

Once you select your candidate of choice, hireworks will facilitate their employment contract and begin the onboarding process. Start dates are candidate specific and vary based on location, however 2-4 weeks from offer acceptance is most typical.

What types of roles can you fill?
